Add your testimony to the record.

You decide what is shared, how much is shared, and under what name.

How the process works

  1. You send us your story below — in writing, with files, or both.
  2. An editor from the Living Archive team reviews it and gets in touch with you, usually within seven days.
  3. We agree together on what (if anything) gets published, under what name, and with what details redacted.
  4. Nothing ever goes live in the archive without your written consent.

What we exclude: the only testimony we will not publish is content that advocates for violent resistance, or for the elimination or harm of another group. Everything else has a place in the record.

Prefer to record on video? Submit a short written summary here and an editor will arrange a recording session.

Photos, videos, audio, PDFs, documents — any format. Up to 8 files, 25 MB each. For larger files, mention them in your testimony and an editor will arrange a transfer.
